i was totally happy with the service i got at laptops plus kearny mesa. they were so courteous and helpful when i brought my laptop in for service. and they didn't laugh at me when i admitted that the problem was because i spilled wine on it!! they even gave me a discount because i told them i was referred by best buy in mission vallley. they didn't charge nearly as much as i expected, and fixed the machine a lot sooner than i expected. i would only use laptops plus kearny mesa for pc repairs. can you guys fix my camcorder now?? sincerely,
