I needed to get a new power cord/inverter because I damaged the last one I had for this computer. First of all, the store was open way before their posted hours, which was really convenient. (I was going to run some errands and come back, but there was no need.) Matthew searched for the cord I needed, but they didn't have it in stock. Still he ordered it, and it arrived the following day from LA around noon, so I wasn't without my computer for very long.

Called the Kearny Mesa store because I had a problem with a portable hard drive, which isn't even related to the business we did last week. I talked to Mathew again. The man knows his $&!T. He gave me some excellent advice based on what I assume are years of knowledge in the IT field, and its helping me avoid costly data recovery problems. Matthew worked with me for 15 solid minutes over the phone, listening to my problem and providing recommendations. Would you get that kind of help at Frys? NOT! How about CompUSA? Oh I forgot, they are strictly an online store now.
Folks, if you want people to provide customer support when you have a problem, you have to help them out by giving them business so they will be open the next time you need them. The people at Laptops Plus are the people you want to give your business to. I can't say enough about them.
