As a non-techie I only know so much about computers. So when my laptop crashed, with my whole life in it I freaked out. I was hearing all sorts of scary stories of the cost of fixing the laptop so my cousin was gracious enough to try and fix it for me. He advised me to take it in somewhere and get an estimate. I did'nt have a clue as to whom I should take it to so of course I turned to Yelp! Laptops Plus was on the list and I got the best service. They could have gotten all technical with me, but the solution to my laptop dilemma was simple. All it took was a $20 fix! They even had to send me somewhere else because they didn't have the device to sell me. They could have used my lack of knowledge of computers to totally take advantage of me. But they were honest, to the point, and did not make me feel like a complete idiot. They didn't even charge me for looking at my laptop. I will definitely use them again!
