I took my desktop computer into Laptops Plus to see if i could upgrade it with a new video card, hard drive, memory etc...to get it setup for gaming. After about 20 minutes of the gentlemen educating me WAY further than i ever expected, i was looking at a new Custom Built desktop computer because it cost less than upgrading my dinosaur! they were SO helpful with the entire process, and even went further by transfering all my data to the new desktop, then wiped the old one clean so my kids could use it, without charging me for it!
