Great work, patient service‎‎ The hard drive crashed on my Dell laptop right before an overseas trip. John and Dave did a great job replacing the hard drive and saving what could be saved. John showed me how to avoid issues, do better backups, helped out with installing new software, and taught me a few tricks. Even though I am somewhat IT-challenged, I did not feel talked down to, and was well and patiently supported throughout the process. I greatly appreciate their fast work, goodwill and thorough communications. - This was not our first trip to Laptops Plus, and likely will not be our last, as we have been very pleased with the work and the service every time we've had work done there. Both I and my husband refer our friends to Laptops Plus in Kearny Mesa - it is nice to see pride in good work and service still exists.
